I was expecting the RBA to keep interest rates unchanged on February 18, but alas, they cut rates by 25 basis points. I thought the Aussie dollar exchange rate would rise to $0.6413 in the short term, but I was right, and if it breaks below the $0.625 support level, the potential for a further decline to $0.608 exists.
