In this issue, the survey team went to London in the UK to visit forex broker Taurex as planned according to its regulatory address that 4th Floor, 4 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1AEE.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the prominent forex broker Taurex at 4 Eastcheap in London, UK.

Initial observations confirmed that the target office building is situated at a major intersection along Eastcheap, surrounded by financial institutions such as HSBC and Deutsche Bank. The area features heavy vehicular traffic and high pedestrian flow, consistent with a bustling commercial district. The building itself is a modern multi-story structure combining glass curtain walls and stone cladding, with clear signage displaying “4 Eastcheap”.

Upon entering the lobby, security personnel promptly inquired about the team‘s purpose. After presenting appointment credentials, the team was granted access to proceed with the inspection. A digital directory screen in the lobby listed “Zenfinex” (the rebranded name of “Taurex”) prominently among the fourth-floor tenants, providing preliminary verification of the address’s authenticity.

The investigation team then took the elevator to the 4th floor, where they observed mixed signage—Zenfinex‘s dark-toned logo dominated the main corridor, while some fixed indicators (e.g., fire evacuation maps) still retained Taurex’s original branding. After stating their purpose, the team was permitted to enter the office for further inspection.

The workspace followed an open-plan layout, accommodating approximately 30 standard workstations with complete professional equipment. However, attendance was notably low on the day of the visit. Some mouse pads still displayed Taurexs old logo, suggesting an ongoing transition. The interior adopted a minimalist corporate style typical of financial firms, with walls displaying compliance documents and risk disclaimers.

Of particular note was a dedicated meeting room in the southeast corner, along with a reception area and a staff break room equipped with standard appliances. No evidence of co-working space arrangements was found. Staff disclosed that the rebranding process had been underway for two weeks, primarily focusing on soft renovations.
