On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker OFX as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 19, 60 Margaret St, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the broker OFX at 60 Margaret Street in Sydney. Located in the central business district (CBD) of Sydney, the target building is a modern high-rise office tower featuring a glass curtain wall facade, presenting a clean and dignified exterior. However, no prominent OFX branding was visible on the building's exterior.

Upon entering the building, the inspection team first reviewed the lobby directory, which clearly listed “Level 19 - OFX,” matching the registered address exactly and providing preliminary verification of its authenticity. Internal signage within the lobby displayed OFX branding (in the guidance area), though no standalone external logo was present. Security personnel confirmed that Level 19 is exclusively occupied by OFX but requires appointments for entry. Without prior arrangements, the team was unable to access the office directly but obtained permission to observe from common areas.

Elevators provided direct access to Level 19, with clear corridor signage. The office entrance was secured with an access control system. Through the glass doors, an open-plan workspace was visible, estimated to comprise six rooms and approximately 40 workstations. The layout appeared spacious and well-organized, featuring modern minimalist decor with wall displays of corporate culture and team photos, alongside motivational slogans—blending professionalism with energy. Notably, workstations were ergonomically configured, equipped with supportive chairs and large desktops, reflecting the company's emphasis on employee comfort.

For comprehensive verification, the survey team conducted additional interviews with neighboring tenants, which corroborated OFX's established tenancy at this address.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker OFX as scheduled, and found the company at its regulatory address. It denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
