On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Pepperston as planned according to its regulatory address that Tower One' Level 16, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

The investigators arrived at 727 Collins Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the broker’s office on December 19, 2023, located a building in a prestigious commercial center, one of the most attracting corners in the country. With a coveted location, the building is easily accessible via different means of public transports in close proximity to tram stations.

Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory in the lift lobby, which displayed various companies’ name and floor information, but didn’t discover any information regarding Pepperston.

After searching all the floors, the inspection team failed to see any sign of Pepperston.

Through the on-site investigation, it’s confirmed that the broker doesn’t have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Pepperston as scheduled, but didn’t find the company at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker doesn’t have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
