On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to the US to visit forex broker Han Ba as planned according to its regulatory address that 1119 Lafayette St, Denver CO.
A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the forex broker Han Ba at 1119 Lafayette Street in Denver, Colorado.
Investigators confirmed the target building as “Park Plaza” using address records. Preliminary mapping indicated its location in downtown Denver, surrounded primarily by low-rise structures in an aging streetscape. Upon arrival, the team conducted an exterior inspection. The building was identified as an older multi-story residential property with no visible commercial signage, except for the “Park Plaza” designation at the entrance, suggesting probable residential leasing use.
The entrance lacked standard business directories or guidance signage. Instead, a residential mailbox listing displaying only tenant names—with no corporate entities, including Han Ba—was observed. Posted rental flyers further corroborated the property's residential nature, directly contradicting the registered “corporate address” in system records.
Attempts to enter the building were impeded by keycard/key-required entry systems. Without company personnel assistance, verification of potential office spaces within the lobby or upper floors proved unfeasible. While full exterior photography was completed, interior access restrictions prevented confirmation of Han Ba's operational presence.
A perimeter investigation revealed no local businesses or residents acknowledging commercial activity at the address. One long-term resident explicitly stated Park Plaza had functioned exclusively as apartments with no observed corporate tenants. This testimony—combined with the mailbox system, rental advertisements, and absence of professional infrastructure—conclusively disputes the feasibility of Han Ba operating compliant business premises at this location.
Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker does not have a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to the US to visit broker Han Ba as scheduled, but did not find the company at the aforementioned address. It indicates that the broker does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
