On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Capital 19 as planned according to its regulatory address that MATTHEW JONES, Level 5, 64 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the broker Capital 19 at 64 Clarence Street in Sydney. Situated in Sydney's central business district, surrounded by typical commercial establishments in a clean environment, the modern office tower displayed no external signage or branding related to “Capital 19.”

The inspection team encountered restricted access to the building interior, with entry to the lobby requiring authorized keycard access. Through exterior glass panels, investigators observed the directory board listing “JOHN CURTAIN HOUSE” as the primary tenant occupying Level 5, with no mention of “Capital 19.” Security personnel on site confirmed no knowledge of the broker operating within the building.

After obtaining management approval, investigators proceeded to Level 5 for further verification. The common areas revealed no dedicated signage or wayfinding markers for “Capital 19.” The corridor wall plaques displayed only “JOHN CURTAIN HOUSE” and several unrelated small company names. Notably, while corporate logos were visible through some office windows, none contained identifiable references to the target company.

Attempts to contact Level 5 tenants for verification proved unsuccessful. Without access to private office spaces, investigators could not evaluate interior layouts or workstation capacity. The floor configuration appeared to consist primarily of private offices rather than co-working spaces, though the specific location of the target company's purported office remained unconfirmed.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that Capital 19 does not have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Capital 19 as scheduled, but did not find the company at its regulatory address. It denotes that the broker does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
