The team proceeded to the building lobby, where they first checked the directory board. The board listed “Shenwan Hongyuan (International) Group Limited” on the 4th floor, but no company information was displayed for the 6th floor—a discrepancy that raised initial concerns. To clarify, the team proceeded to the 6th floor for further verification.

Upon reaching the 6th floor, the inspectors observed clear “Shenwan Hongyuan” signage and corporate logo on the glass doors of the office, confirming the companys presence at the stated address. Notably, the floor lacked a dedicated reception area, and the glass doors were locked, preventing direct access to the interior. As a result, the team failed to photograph the reception area or company logo, and could not assess the internal office environment, room layout, or workstation count.

However, based on visible signage and preliminary verification, the inspection team confirmed that Shenwan Hongyuan maintains an office at the provided address, despite the incomplete directory listing.
