CMVM warns investors about Royal C Bank

May 25, 2020 The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) warns that the entity Royal C Bank, owner of the website https://www.royalcbank.com/, is not authorized or registered with the CMVM for the exercise of any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the Securities Code. The CMVM also warns that the aforementioned entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts.
