November 26, 2020 The Securities Market Commission (CMVM) warns that the entity iAlphagroup (Information Alphagroup), owner of the website http://www.ialphagroup.com/, associated with AG Markets (www. ag-markets.eu), is not authorized or registered with the CMVM to carry out any financial intermediation activity in Portugal, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs a) and b) of paragraph 1 of article 295 of the Securities Code Furniture. The CMVM also warns that the aforementioned entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for customers aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts. To ensure that a given entity that offers investment services in financial instruments is authorized to carry out activities in Portugal, you must consult the list of authorized financial intermediaries (through this link) or the list of entities authorized to provide financial services in Portugal under a Free Regime Provision of Services (LPS) (through this link).
