IndustrySEBI bans broker called Patel Wealth
Markets regulator SEBI has found a case of stock price manipulation involving a broker named Patel Wealth Advisors and its four directors. They used a trick called 'spoofing' to make illegal profits of ₹3.2 crore over more than three years. SEBI has ordered them to return the money and banned them from the stock market while the investigation continues.
