Objective: Predict if EUR/USD will go up or down tomorrow.
• Inputs (features): 5-day moving average, 14-day RSI, 10-day volatility, past 3-day returns, etc.
• Output (label):
• 1 = “Up”
• 0 = “Down”
Process:
1. Train the Random Forest on past 5 years of EUR/USD data.
2. For today’s data, extract features.
3. Push today’s features through the forest.
4. Get predictions from hundreds of trees.
5. Majority of trees say “Up” → Buy signal.
