Forex.com lags, resulting in loss
When I was trading on the Forex.com platform, the platform was lagged and I lost money. On September 8th, when I saw that my account was profitable, I closed the position. The platform also showed that the position was closed successfully, so I exited the platform. The original order was not successfully closed. I quit after the platform showed success before. Finally, the platform forced the liquidation. I contacted the platform customer service many times, and the platform customer service always ignored the answer. It took nearly a month. Arbitrary leverage adjustment led to a margin call.
Before 3 pm on the 24th, the price of gold fell from around 3023. At that time, the leverage of gold was a thousand times. Meanwhile the bitcoin price was near the day's high. I held short positions in gold, and as the price fell, the net value began to rise. With increasing margin, I also added short positions in Bitcoin. At the same time, I closed a profitable short position in gold. However, while my account value was constantly rising due to the falling gold price, the platform continually increased my used margin. Their reasoning was the recent implementation of floating leverage. I disputed this as my trade time did not fall within the regulated time period. They still applied a hundred-fold leverage to my already established trades (already executed at a thousand-fold leverage). Also, previously during big data times, the leverage would float from a thousand times to a hundred or even less, and change back after five minutes, without affecting the trades already executed with a thousand-fold leverage. Fluctuations of the used margin for my open trades on the 24th led to a significant increase, which is in violation of the platform's margin rules, industry margin rules, and the platform's floating margin time period rules. Despite the fact that the price of gold rose again, the significant increase in used margin forced a margin call on my account. This kind of malicious and irregular operation has damaged the interests of customers and indirectly proved that the platform is an unregulated black platform. Before the margin call, my account balance was over 1100 US dollars, with a net value of over 500 US dollars. Subsequently, the platform hastily issued a notice on the app, announcing the start of margin fluctuations.

Unwarranted account suspension
In December 2024, after depositing money, I had no transactions throughout the entire month. Yet, the officials stated that some 'malicious event' occurred on December 30th and consequently suspended my account. I can understand if someone used some software or plug-ins for trading and profiting, but my account had zero transactions. So why suspend mine? They're not even allowing me to withdraw my money now, and my emails are being ignored. It's simply a fraud platform.

Underhand forced liquidation and extreme slippage in USDNOK transaction.
I was conducting trades in USDNOK during the early hours of a Monday. Without any intervention on my part, all my orders were unexpectedly liquidated, despite my margin being fully sufficient. The liquidation price for my sell orders stood at 11.05 while simultaneously, the buy orders were closed at 10.65, exposing a disparity of more than 4000 points. The broker's actions were nothing short of malicious, enforcing a liquidation with severe slippage, and shamelessly capitalizing on the client's losses. I find this conduct utterly repugnant.

After contacting customer service, they said the funds were withheld in the payment channel. The account manager doesn't speak all day, only saying they're contacting the relevant department.
