The fraudulent Topwealth exchange does not allow withdrawals when there are profits from trading. They have a group that lures people into depositing money into the exchange. I have been persuaded to withdraw money from another exchange and transfer it to Topwealthtrading.com. After depositing $5000 on the exchange, I traded nearly $15,000. Then I started to withdraw money. The first withdrawal was difficult and required assistance from the Broker. The second withdrawal was also difficult and required the support of the Broker to be successful. The total amount withdrawn was $5000, the same amount I deposited. Since then, I have tried to withdraw more, but the exchange does not allow it and sent me an email stating the specific reason for fraudulent trading, specifically "Price manipulation".
