The platform does not allow withdrawal, contacting customer service through their email is useless and they will never get back to you. Rockfordpro.com and www.rfmfx.com are both fraudulent websites. Both eventually take you to their deposit platform tc.myrfmfx.com. Only rockfortmarkets.com is real.

Scam

I deposited $2,500 on February 2, 2021 and sent my bank transfer slip to them (local transfer, from Chase Bank in New York to Rockfort's American Bank in New York). But the company has not processed the deposit yet. They insisted that the U.S. bank account in New York City was blocked and asked me to transfer money to another California bank account. The money I remitted has not been returned to my bank account. Obviously their bank account has not been blocked.

This ROCKFORT broker, a 100% scammer. Typical tactic: they use high leverage and tight spreads to seduce you to jump into their traps. Once you deposited, their goal was achieved, then they would block up your account, reject your withdrawal requests… I was defrauded by this broker and they have eaten my $500.
