Guotai Junan Futures is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guotai Junan Securities. Since its establishment in 2007, it has successfully transformed from a futures company mainly engaged in brokerage business into a diversified comprehensive financial service provider. Its business scope covers futures and options brokerage, futures investment consulting, asset management, risk management, and over-the-counter derivatives execution. It is the No. 1 comprehensive clearing member of the China Financial Futures Exchange, and is also a member of the Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, and the Shanghai International Energy Trading Center.
