After waiting for a long time, like 1 month, for our withdrawal request through the company , they told us that we had made a mistake an d that we could only withdraw our principal, n ot our profit. And they sent a document for thi s. And so I sent this document and forwarded it to them both via e-mail and WhatsApp, and they made it possible to withdraw money on o ur portal.Then they asked me to create a withdrawal request via TRC20 and said that the money would be transferred to the account within 5 business days. It's been 8 business days as of today but I still haven't gotten my money back.

They don't send my money.

I worked with land fx company for about 1 month. When I wanted to withdraw money after this period, they kept my request waiting for a long time. And then they told me that I could not receive my profit, I could only receive my principal, and if I accepted this situation, I had to sign the document they sent. So I signed this document. And the WhatsApp support line told me that if I write my TRC20 address in the bank transfer section when withdrawing my main money, the money will reach me faster, but my money has still not reached me for more than 3 weeks and I cannot get any response from Land Fx company.

Unable to Withdraw

WITHDRAW PROBLEM

I only worked with this company for a short period of time, like 1 week, and then they told me that I had made a mistake and I would not receive my profit. They then told me that I could only get the money I deposited and that if I agreed, I should sign the document they sent me. I accepted this and signed the document. However, they have not refunded me my principal money for more than a month and I cannot get an answer from either e-mail or WhatsApp support lines. And I'm still waiting to get my money back from this company. Before sending this document to us, they kept us waiting for more than a month to withdraw money. And in our last conversation, the company's WhatsApp support line said that it would send us our money faster if we made a withdrawal by typing the TRC20 address in the bank transfer section. Afterwards, I did not receive a response to any of my messages and I have been waiting for my money to arrive for 1 month.

We are not allowed to withdraw money

Later, the support line at +63 927 574 0301 told me that if I write my TRC20 address in the bank transfer section and withdraw my money that way, my money will reach me faster. Withdrawals made via TRC20 arrive within the day. For bank transfer, the limit was a maximum of 5 business days. Even though 7 working days have passed today, our money still hasn't arrived! And again they do not answer us either via e-mail or WhatsApp! Even though they made us sign a document stating that they would pay us our principal, they did not pay us our money for 7 working days and we cannot reach them in any way!
