Security-wise, they seem to have their ducks in a row. Two-factor authentication and all the encryption jazz – it gives a sense of confidence in the platform. However, I've seen a few hiccups in the app performance, nothing major, but enough to raise an eyebrow.

Tried out CXM recently, and it's a mixed bag. The platform is smooth, and transactions are pretty quick. Customer support, though, can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're on it, other times it feels like you're talking to a robot. Overall, decent, but could use a bit more consistency.

不仅滑点严重，最厉害是欺诈行为非常严重 2025年4月7号早上开盘后平台一直卡顿不能交易。造成我账户爆仓。我截屏给给中国区办事处负责人反映这事。办事处李总说他能力有限让我发邮件给平台。我连续发了两个星期邮件。平台只是敷衍几个字。（他们办事处客服经理联系我让你耐心等待）永远是这句话。而且这个平台滑点非常严重。加上这次卡顿造成我爆仓1200美金损失。在我在这个平台交易期间已经出现三次大滑点。挂的止盈能给你差出40点的价格。如果是止损那就非要你超出止损价格。之前几次大滑点我都没有跟他们计较。这次卡顿纯粹是人为实际造成。平台一直不想解决。就是典型的诈骗平台。

点差忽然大的离谱，最高时165，平均起来90左右，跟单系统别的账户利润做到四倍，希盟平台才三倍。后期犹豫点差太大，保证金不足，跟单跟不上导致账户亏损爆仓，别的平台同样仓位操作，都盈利出局。
