PT CIB is the worst trading platform I've ever encountered. They have no regulations to answer to, so they charge crazy, unreasonable fees and their customer service is just downright rude and unhelpful. They act like they're above everyone else and it's really frustrating to deal with. Seriously, save yourself the headache and steer clear of PT CIB. They're not worth your time or your money.
