Their order execution is abysmal, constantly slipping stops and wiping out accounts. The quoted prices are nowhere near the market reality, causing substantial losses. Despite these issues, they fail to address concerns and simply ignore customer complaints. The customer service is practically non-existent, with unanswered queries and a lack of resolution.
